Because it's always about people.
This isn't a website. It's a venue — built the same way we'd build one for your brand. Every booth is a world. Every moment is curated.

AndPeople is a human-first events and experiential marketing company built on the belief that every great experience starts and ends with people.
We plan and deliver corporate events, exhibitions and conferences end to end, and build brand marketing through experiential activations — conceptualising strategies, designing impactful campaigns, and creating curated experiences that bring brands closer to their audiences in more meaningful ways. From ideation to execution, we help brands move beyond visibility to build meaningful connections and lasting communities.
Making every brand interaction more human, meaningful and memorable.
To shape a future where brands are built through people, not just promotion.
We create experiences that people remember and communities that brands grow with.

You didn't land on a homepage just now — you walked through a door into a venue, booth by booth. That's not a gimmick. It's the same thing we build for brands, just built for ourselves first.
Want to experience the
difference?
From strategy to execution, every experience is built to create meaningful connections between brands and people.
We transform brand ideas into immersive experiences that spark emotion, conversation, and lasting impressions. Every activation is designed to move beyond visibility and create genuine human connection.
We create invitation-only experiences where the audience is carefully selected to ensure every conversation, interaction, and moment feels intentional.
Great brands aren't remembered because of one campaign. They're remembered because people continue showing up. We help brands build communities through meaningful engagement.
Before designing experiences, we define the people, purpose, and story behind every campaign to ensure every decision creates impact.
We create campaigns that seamlessly blend digital storytelling with physical experiences, ensuring every touchpoint strengthens your brand.
Our team manages every stage of production while keeping the experience—not the logistics—at the centre of every decision.
We plan and run corporate events, exhibitions and conferences that give brands a professional platform to connect with clients, partners and industry audiences — managed end to end, from concept to closing session.
Would people genuinely want to be part of this?
If the answer isn't yes, we keep refining.
Because it's always about people.

Before
was founded, the four of us built our careers across the UK's events and experiential marketing industry. Working on global brands, luxury events and community-led experiences, we learned one simple truth.
People don't remember events.
They remember how those experiences made them feel.
Those experiences became the foundation of
.
Every project we worked on taught us that experiences are remembered because of the people they bring together.
That belief became
.
Because it's always about people.
Every memorable experience begins with a question.

A Hint-Led Night Ride Through Mumbai
Following Feel to Heal, &People set out to build a second, bigger property around the same principle: real product moments over passive branding. Pedal People took that idea onto the streets — a neon-themed, late-night cycling ride through Mumbai, giving four brands a way to be genuinely part of the experience instead of a logo on a banner.
We designed a hint-led scavenger hunt across Mumbai's landmarks, starting and finishing at Worli Sea Face, wrapped in a neon theme that carried through the visuals, the gear and the night itself. Riders formed crews, decoded clues that pointed them to their next checkpoint — Marine Drive, CSMT, Gateway of India — and completed a branded challenge at each stop before riding on. All four partners were woven directly into the checkpoint tasks, each in the role that fit them: BLNCD as hydration partner anchored a mid-ride challenge built around their product; Panpops came in as snack partner with a blindfolded taste-test challenge; AKAYA joined as nutrition partner with an ingredient-guessing challenge; and reHyve rounded it out as energy partner, carried through a checkpoint built entirely around their bottles. Every brand had its own moment riders had to physically engage with, not just glance at.
Every partner got a moment that was impossible to scroll past, built around the role that actually suited them. BLNCD's return proved the format works twice over — from a post-yoga recovery moment at Feel to Heal to a hydration-led challenge here. Panpops and AKAYA turned tasting into a game riders wanted to win, not an ad they wanted to skip. And reHyve's energy-partner role gave them a checkpoint moment that was entirely theirs, not shared branding. Four brands, four distinct roles, four moments riders actually took part in — the kind of attention no static placement can buy.
A neon-lit night ride that turned Mumbai's own landmarks into the game board, and four brand partners — each in their own role — into part of the story riders tell afterward, not the sponsors of it. The same format &People is now building toward as a recurring property.
Four Brands, One Morning of Genuine Connection
Brands don't need another banner in a crowd — they need a moment their audience actually wants to be part of. Feel to Heal was designed and hosted by &People as exactly that kind of moment: a small, curated wellness morning built to give four very different brands direct, unforced access to a genuinely engaged BKC audience, without any of the noise of a typical activation.
We built the entire morning around real product moments instead of passive branding. Blue Tokai anchored the experience as our venue and coffee partner, folding their space and craft coffee into the heart of the format. reHyve came in as our launch partner, using the session to put their brand in front of a live audience for the first time. HEM was woven in as fragrance partner through the goodie bags, letting attendees discover the product hands-on rather than just seeing a logo. And BLNCD, our electrolyte partner, landed in the single moment it matters most — post-movement recovery — putting their product directly into the context it's made for.
Because the format was small and intentional, every brand got something a mass activation can't buy: attention. Blue Tokai's space became inseparable from the feeling of the morning itself. reHyve's launch reached its first real users in a setting built for trust, not noise. HEM went from a name on a bag to something people actually tried. And BLNCD's product was experienced exactly when the body wants it most — proof enough that they've stayed on as a partner for &People's next event, Pedal People. That's the kind of impact we design for: not impressions, but brands people actually remember.
A calm, unhurried morning for attendees — and a genuine, hands-on introduction to four brands for a room of people who were actually paying attention. The kind of experience that stays with both audiences and partners long after the mats are rolled up.

Bringing Cricket Fans Closer to Home
The India vs England Test Series at Lord's Cricket Ground attracted thousands of passionate cricket fans from across the UK and beyond. It presented the perfect opportunity for Remitly to connect with a community that values staying close to family, no matter where they are in the world.
Instead of relying on traditional advertising, we focused on creating meaningful face-to-face interactions. Through an engaging on-ground activation, we introduced the brand in an environment where conversations happened naturally and audiences were already emotionally connected.
The activation created memorable interactions with cricket fans throughout the event, strengthening brand visibility and encouraging meaningful engagement in an authentic setting.

Coffee. Conversation. Community.
A coffee shop can be more than a place to grab a drink — it can become a welcoming space where people gather, connect, and build a sense of community.
Working alongside Vive West London, we supported community gatherings by helping transform the Starbucks store into a welcoming environment for meaningful conversations over coffee and food.
Demonstrated how everyday spaces can foster connection, support local communities, and create experiences that extend beyond traditional business operations.
Behind every event is a strategy.
Behind every strategy are people.
At

A Hint-Led Night Ride Through Mumbai
Following Feel to Heal, &People set out to build a second, bigger property around the same principle: real product moments beat passive branding. The gap we saw — four brands, each wanting more than a logo on a banner, and a Mumbai audience that shows up for an experience, not an ad.

Every partner got a moment that was impossible to scroll past, built around the role that actually suited them — not shared branding, a moment that was entirely theirs. Four brands, four distinct roles, four moments riders actually took part in. What we learned: the format travels — the same thinking that worked as a seated wellness morning at Feel to Heal worked just as well turned into a moving, late-night ride across a whole city. It's now the format &People is building toward as a recurring property.

Behind the Runway
Luxury fashion events demand precision, attention to detail, and seamless coordination — every guest interaction contributes to the overall experience and the reputation of the event itself.
Support the planning and on-ground execution with a focus on a smooth guest journey, while operations ran efficiently behind the scenes — the parts of a show guests never see, but always feel if they go wrong.
Event operations, backstage coordination, guest experience & hospitality.
Delivered a polished event experience that supported both guests and organisers throughout one of the fashion industry's most prestigious events — proof the same operational discipline we bring to a self-built property like Feel to Heal holds up inside someone else's show, at their standard.

Creating Conversations That Matter
Great networking is about more than attendance — it's about the right environment for meaningful conversations and relationships that actually last past the event.
Curate who's in the room and the space they're in just as carefully as the agenda — bringing together founders, entrepreneurs, creatives and professionals in thoughtfully designed spaces built to encourage genuine interaction rather than a room full of business cards.
Guest curation, networking strategy, community building, guest experience design.
Created environments where meaningful conversations led to valuable professional relationships and stronger communities — the same underlying bet as every &People property: who's in the room, and what they're actually doing together, matters more than how many are in it.

Bringing Cricket Fans Closer to Home
The India vs England Test Series at Lord's drew thousands of passionate cricket fans from across the UK and beyond — a community that values staying close to family, no matter where they are in the world. That emotional closeness is exactly what Remitly's product is for.
Skip traditional advertising and focus on meaningful face-to-face interactions instead. An on-ground activation introduced the brand in an environment where conversations happened naturally and the audience was already emotionally invested.
On-ground activation design, event ambassadors, audience engagement & execution.
The activation created memorable interactions with cricket fans throughout the event, strengthening brand visibility and encouraging meaningful engagement in an authentic setting — conversation doing what an ad can't.

Women's Day Wellness Marathon
Women's Day presented an opportunity to celebrate health, wellbeing and community while building brand engagement in a way that felt earned rather than tacked on to the occasion.
A community-focused marathon experience, built to encourage participation and wellness first — with the brand woven into that shared activity rather than standing apart from it.
Community activation design, wellness campaign execution, brand engagement on the ground.
Successfully delivered an experiential campaign that combined wellness, community participation and brand visibility in one engaging experience — a reminder that the right occasion plus genuine participation does more for a brand than a campaign built around the brand alone.

Natural Hair Care, Met On The High Street
Women's Day gave Vatika a reason to show up somewhere its audience already was, rather than asking them to seek the brand out — one of London's busiest shopping destinations, on a day built around celebrating women.
A dedicated Vatika booth inside Westfield London on Women's Day, bringing the brand's natural hair care story to life through an engaging on-ground activation — meeting shoppers mid-errand rather than waiting for them to come looking.
Booth design and on-ground activation, brand presence coordination, retail-environment execution.
Turning a shopping-centre concourse into a natural extension of Vatika's story — reaching a health-and-beauty audience inside their everyday routine, on a day already built around them, instead of asking them to carve out separate time for the brand.

Coffee. Conversation. Community.
A coffee shop can be more than a place to grab a drink — it can become a welcoming space where people gather, connect, and build a sense of community, if someone designs it that way on purpose.
Work alongside Vive West London to support community gatherings, helping transform the Starbucks store into a welcoming environment for meaningful conversation over coffee and food.
Community partnership coordination, hospitality & space design, on-ground gathering support.
Demonstrated how everyday spaces can foster connection, support local communities, and create experiences that extend beyond the business's normal day-to-day operations — community doesn't need a purpose-built venue, just intention.

A Taste Of Tilda, Festival-Side
A festival crowd is already in a mood to try things — the right booth doesn't have to convince anyone to stop, it just has to be worth stopping for.
A dedicated Tilda booth at a festival in Wales, built around letting people actually taste the product on the spot — an interactive brand experience that introduced Tilda to festival-goers in a memorable, people-first way rather than a static stand.
Booth design and on-ground activation, festival presence coordination, tasting-experience execution.
Putting the product directly in people's hands, in a setting where they were already open to discovering something new — proof a festival crowd that's there to be surprised is also exactly who should be meeting your product for the first time.

When people look back on an event, they rarely remember the lighting, stage, or seating plan. They remember how they felt, who they met, and the conversations they had. The most successful experiences create emotion before they create impressions.
